Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for unused tools within 60 days of your order.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, and in the original packaging. Customized items are not returnable.
To complete your return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to process your return or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All shipping charges and insurance coverage are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
Claims for damaged items must be made within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
