Unique applications and situations often require very specific and special tools. We have developed a line of cutters to meet the requirements. These long-life, micro-grain carbide tools are available in various cutting diameters and lengths, shank diameters and geometries for the most demanding applications.

For machining extremely hard metals such as tool steel or stainless steel, we recommend the x.ceed coated, radius edged four flute end mill. The coating resists abrasion and will extend tool life, even in the hardest of materials. The tool is balanced with a shorter cut length, offering more stability. These tools are specifically designed for hardened steel and are not as affective in softer materials.
